Minerva Instruction & Consultation Ltd. (hereinafter: “the Company”) operates the Bashaar Publishing House website (hereinafter: “the Website”).
Thank you for purchasing books from Bashaar Publishing House. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange the product or receive a refund within 14 days of the purchase date, without the need for explanation, subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility for Exchange or Return
To process your request, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- Proof of Purchase: The product must have been purchased directly from Bashaar Publishing House (at our offices, via the website, at sales stands, or via phone order). The original invoice must be attached.
- Product Condition: The product must be unused and returned in its original, new condition, without defects, and sealed in its original plastic wrap.
- "B-Stock" Items: Products sold as damaged or "B-stock" at a discounted price are not eligible for exchange or return.
- Third-Party Purchases: Products purchased through a different bookstore, chain, or supplier must be returned directly to the point of sale in accordance with their specific return policy.
How to Return a Product
Returning the product is at the customer’s expense and can be done in one of two ways:
- In-Person: By bringing the product directly to our offices at 15 Sokolov St., Jerusalem.
- Via Courier: By using a delivery service that delivers the package directly to our office.
Please Note: Returns sent via Israel Post (registered mail) or through pick-up points/lockers will not be accepted. The package must physically reach our office to be processed.
Refunds and Cancellation Fees
Upon receipt and inspection of the product, we will perform an exchange or issue a refund according to your preference:
- Cancellation Fees: In accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Regulations, refunds will be issued minus a cancellation fee (5% of the transaction amount or 100 NIS, whichever is lower) and minus shipping costs, if any were paid.
- Refund Method:
- Credit Card: A direct credit will be issued to the card used for the original transaction (either in a single payment or installments, depending on the original charge).
- Cash: For cash purchases, the refund will be issued via bank transfer to the customer's account.
