1. Home Delivery (via "Cheetah" Courier Service)
- Cost: 30 NIS.
- Delivery Time: Up to 10 business days from the date the order is placed.
- Coordination and Tracking: Delivery is coordinated via telephone in advance. Once the package has been dispatched, you can track its status on the courier company’s website.
2. Self-Pickup (Free of Charge)
- Address: Publishing House Offices, 15 Sokolov St. (Mitchell House), Jerusalem.
- Business Hours: Sunday–Thursday, 09:30–17:00.

3. International Shipping (ECO POST)
- Cost: Rates vary based on the package weight and the destination.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Approximately 7 business days to most destinations (subject to Israel Post policy).
- Important Information: Delays may occur due to customs inspections in the destination country. Shipments can be tracked on the Israel Post website.
Important Clarifications Regarding Delivery Times
We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. In the event of a delay, we work closely with the shipping companies to resolve the issue promptly.
However, as some factors are beyond our direct control, we cannot guarantee exact arrival within the estimated timeframe. If you require the product urgently, we strongly recommend choosing the self-pickup option from our Jerusalem offices or purchasing the books at one of our authorized bookstores.
Cancellations and Shipping Fees
In the event of a product return, in accordance with our Product Return Policy]:
- Shipping fees paid will not be refunded if the order has already been dispatched.
